Muay Thai kickboxing is a popular professional sport, amateur sport, self-defense skill, and great for cross-training with other martial arts. Muay Thai was established as a martial art more than 2000 years ago.

Our Muay Thai kickboxing classes are great for anyone striving to improve their hand-to-hand fighting skills, martial arts skills, fitness, self-defense techniques, and, even compete in Muay Thai kickboxing competitions.

Who: adults with all levels of experience, from beginners to competition fighters. Your instruction will be geared to your individual goals including self-defense, athletic enhancement, fitness, health, concentration, confidence, and tournament skills. We have a fight coach and team in each class.

Class Schedule: Monday – Thursday 7:30 pm – 8:30 pm. Sunday afternoon sparring sessions are available by special arrangement with the fight coach.

Fees: fees are paid monthly, no contracts. Per student fee varies depending on how many family members are taking classes and how many weekly classes the student enrolls in. Contact us for details.
